Things have broken apart. Though voices collide, they can rarely commingle. The collage is extruded into some new space where shards of old things are new, and new things found old. Things break together.
People come and go inside the house, or find a child’s melody on the front porch by the lake. Practice. How can you learn to love someone and still let them be alone? Even the dead. Energy are the walls built on the foundation of experience. O these birds, all now consumed in a wash of sound he made to kill the sun. A solitary voice rises from many, so too the opposite. And a multitude of voices coalesce from one.
Some doors and windows were open. And others never can be. It becomes as ephemeral as the echoes of footsteps overhead.
