There is something simply magical about the entire Fonal enterprise. Founder Sami Sänpäkkilä is not only a most impressive musician (working as Es, Kiila, and with others), he runs the label himself and is responsible for its mastering, design and overall philosophy. He is also a film director and editor, and this video of the magnificent Shogun Kunitoki shows Sänpäkkilä is loaded with skill. As much skill as the great band he is directing and releasing on his ever-superb label.
