OK, think what you will of Duncan Sheik—this is an amazing song. Bill Frisell’s guitar playing (on his Tele, see below) is so powerful. His microtonal lines and bends, his generous use of dynamics and his alteration of pacing is masterful. This album is Sheik’s tribute to Nick Drake.
