Every once in a while something totally bizarre happens. Such as learning today that I went to school with these guys and that I’ve been listening to them for a while (via MySpace) oblivious to this. Here is a track the band gave away for free as a “holiday cassingle”:

Theirs is a heady concatenation of psychedelia and Krautrock, and to my mind they reach a hypnotic level as the textures build up. But it really defies any sort of categorization. Just give in to the sound.
